ONLINE appointment booking

Please follow these instructions when booking appointments online to ensure success:

One person per booked appointment (we cannot accommodate add-ons, for example a spouse being seen at the same time, please book one person per appointment slot only)
Please limit to 2 health concerns per visit (if you have more concerns please give our office a call directly so we can accommodate enough time accurately)
One appointment per patient per day (do not book more than one appointment per day, if this is seen on the schedule, the latter appointment will be cancelled)
Book under the patient being seen (book under the child, not the parent, if the appointment is for the child)
Select the appropriate appointment type (if incorrect, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please read about appointment types below BEFORE you book and if you are unsure, call the office)
When in doubt - call the office (our staff are always happy to assist you, please do not guess at your booking if you are unsure, please call)
